As passionate healers with decades of experience between us,
we are dedicated to sharing life's ups and downs with you. There is love and joy in life,
there is also pain and sadness. We accept that they are part of life, but no matter what
life throws at you, you have a powerful Inner Warrior inside who will always come out
fighting for you!
Our mission is to empower women to nurture their mind, body, and spirit through
accessible, natural methods. To that end, we're creating and curating like crazy,
to bring you as many beautiful, tranformational healing and wellness tools as we can.

Maria McMahon is a British Certified Clinical NLP/Hypnotherapist,
Coach & Author of multiple books on healing and spirituality.
I am passionate about helping women to heal from past trauma (inc. narcissistic abuse), to learn to love themselves and be the best version of themselves they can be. I first discovered the power of the mind and how amazing it can be in helping you to change, and heal, when I met hypnosis! That's over 3 whole decades ago!
My Journey
Since then, I've learned a lot about healing, but I am still passionately learning and I don't think I'll ever stop! Among my skills (apart from being a very fun, down-to-earth but compassionate person!) is that I have specialised training in NLP, hypnotherapy, an honours degree in psychology, and in recent years, I've delved deeper into key healing modalities such as somatic/nervous system regulation, inner child healing and positive psychology. I've also been attuned to Reiki Level I, have trained in past life regression, and I have a deeply spiritual outlook on life - something that I kind of realised but didn't know what the heck going on, in my early 30s when I became a vegetarian. I've learned a lot since those days! I'm also and HSP (Highly Sensitive Person).
Authoring!
I've always loved writing, but I wasn't very good at fiction, and quite by accident, I ended up publishing my first book, Law of Attraction Shortcut Secrets, on Amazon a good few years ago. Since then I've written two books about healing from narcissistic abuse (an area of expertise for me), but I've also co-authored (with Danish author Else Byskov) 3 mind-blowing books on the spiritual insights of the Danish mystic Martinus, to bring some of his concepts of life after death, reincarnation and fate and karma to a wider audience. I'll be sharing a lot about that in the Spirituality Den!
My Passions
Like my dear friend and (now business partner), Vicki, I love nature, animals, music, art (and there's a surprise I never saw coming!) and travel. I've lived in many different countries, including Germany, Hong Kong, the UAE, Azerbaijan, and now I live in Spain with my pack of 3 rescue dogs, Levi, Reuben and Skye.
My Mission
Is to share love and healing with as many women as I can! We are here to learn the power of love, and it starts with self-love! From there, more love flows everywhere! Vicki and I look forward to getting to know you and helping you to find more love, joy and peace in your life.

I am infused with a passion for natural healing and empowering women! With over two decades of experience in the world of herbs and holistic wellness, I've dedicated my life to helping others find balance, health, and joy through nature's bounty.
My Journey
My love affair with natural remedies began at the tender age of 14 when I started crafting my own beauty treatments and herbal concoctions. This early passion blossomed into a fulfilling career, including 12 years managing an herb shop and 8 years running a private consulting business from my home.
My Passions
As an empath, I'm deeply connected to the natural world and find immense joy in everything nature offers. This connection fuels my work and my hobbies, which include:

- Photography
- Enjoying music and art
- Traveling and experiencing new cultures
- Certified travel agent (with an hilarious claim to being an honorary Panama Canal pilot - a story for another time!!!)
My Mission
I am deeply committed to bringing peace, self-love, self-acceptance, joy, and healing to women who have experienced trauma, abuse, or chaotic life circumstances. Through my work with herbs, aromatherapy, and nutrition, I strive to create a nurturing space for growth and recovery.
Nature is my playground and my greatest teacher. I believe in the power of natural healing and the importance of living in harmony with our environment. Whether I'm concocting a new herbal remedy or embarking on a new adventure, I approach life with curiosity, compassion, and a spirit of fun.
